We love Mary! She is so experienced, thorough and caring. We are first time buyers. When we first started looking at houses we had nothing prepared. But she guided us through the process step by step, explaining everything. When looking at houses, she gave us lots of professional opinions regarding the value of the houses. When our loan officer was a little slow, Mary called and emailed to make sure that he knew and followed the timeline. And she got us $5000 seller’s credit even though sellers were clear when accepting offer that price would not be negotiable. We got our dream house on the third offer we submitted!
