David helped me to buy my dream house. Very professional and friendy. Because of his hard work I was able to find my house with a great price and in great location. The most that I liked about him was he would always pick up his phone and will answer to my questions, because I like to ask a lot of question. So he was just perfect for me and my family. I will highly recommend him for any help with real estate.

David is an awesome guy. We were looking for a hope for the past 4-5 months but were struggling to decide or close a home which we liked. We were almost about to go off market and then we met David. David understood our requirement and started working with us to narrow down the homes which we would like considering all our parameters like school district/budget/size of the house. And Finally we were able to close a home. After the purchase David guided us to the various documentation(Legal) process/Home loan and we could comfortably close the escrow in time as well.
